The fourth and final Buddha Day of 2024 is Lha Bab Duchen - the descent from the god realm. This commemorates Lord Buddha's return to this world from the realm of the gods after teaching dharma there for several months.

At Kagyu Ling we recite the Praise of the Twelve Deeds of the Buddha and the 16 Arhats (16 Sthaviras) Sadhana.
